Sweet, Mild, Medium Hot, Hot, Italian Sausage Mix. Fresh spices, no preservatives, gluten-free and sugar-free, easy to make in your own home. Packages contain mix to season 5 pounds of ground meat (pork, beef, chicken, turkey, venison), with the exception of our Polish Sausage, Kielbasa, Country Breakfast Sausage and Spanish Chorizo Mix (which seasons 8 pounds). Also available is our new Family Size, which contains mix to season 60 or 96 pounds of ground meat. |
Three Easy Steps:
- Combine water and Sausage Mix in a container
- Shake and allow to mix evenly
- Add to ground meat and blend in thoroughly
You now have your own Italian Sausage! Enjoy!
The Sausage Mix can also be used to season spaghetti sauce, meatloaf, meatballs and other Italian dishes. Great on the grill, too!
Our
Spanish Chorizo Mix contains soy protein, oregano, cayenne, garlic, paprika
and
onion (mix with water and vinegar), it is available in Medium/Hot and
Mild
(no cayenne).
Our Polish Sausage Mix has a blend of soy protein, corriander, onion and black pepper.
