Our speciality is hydroponic basil. Pesticide-free, all natural mountain-grown basil. Many gourmet quality chefs depend on basil shipped fresh from our hydroponic herb greenhouse.

We have two varieties of basil available, listed below:

Italian Large Leaf Basil - Also known as Sweet Basil, is used as a seasoning for pizza, spaghetti sauce, sausage, soup, tomato juice, dressings, and salads. Many Italian cooks prefer to use basil instead of oregano. Basil is also a common flavoring in Thai cuisine.

Genovese Basil - Sweet, extra-large leaves, Italian strain of sweet basil.
It is considered the best basil for making Italian pesto. The intense flavor pairs nicely with garlic or tomato dishes.
