Dark Hollow
Foods, Inc. was formed in April of 1999 to share an outstanding
and popular sauce that I have loved for many years. It is a sweet
dip and marinade that is called simply Dark Sauce after its deep
cranberry color. So far, we've found nothing like it!
The company
name, Dark Hollow Foods, Inc. refers to the West Virginia "holler"
that I grew up in; now known as Roxalana Road in Dunbar, West Virginia.
I still live there, and, along with a few of my very best friends
and family, proudly produce my products there.
