History
of Blue Smoke Salsa
Everyone
loves a success story. And the creation of Blue Smoke Salsa ranks right
up there with the best of them. Raised with 13 brothers and sisters,
gardening, cooking and canning was nothing new to Robin Hildebrand. But
when requests for her product began to grow, she left her full-time job
to produce and market her salsa right out of her home.
In
2000 Blue Smoke celebrated it ten year anniversary. Located in
Ansted, WV, their gift shop (which is located in front of Blue Smoke Manufacturing)
offers eleven different Blue Smoke products, which are also sold in over
300 stores statewide. The works/gourmet foods of sixty West Virginia artisans/chef
are also available in the gift shop. |
